Please download, print, complete and bring the following forms to Lost Pounds Pet Center (Doggie Boarding Radcliff Ky) prior to or at the time of your pet’s stay with us.
- Open 365 days a year
- Supervised all-day playtime with mid-day naps, included with boarding.
- Separation by size and demeanor.
- Social and basic obedience skills taught.
- Eco- and pet-friendly indoor floor (slip-resistant and soft on paws).
- UV sterilizing system in duct-work to prevent spread of germs.
- Climate-controlled indoor play yard and kennels.
- Soft padded bed provided.
Food
We encourage you to bring your own pet food to maintain your pet’s eating routine. If no food is provided, we will serve a premium, natural food at $4.00 per day.

Weekend Day Boarding (Weekend Hours Apply)
- $20 per day per pet. Pet must be picked up same day
Extended stay discounts also are available for stays of over one month in duration. Only one discount per family.
Vaccination Requirements
Proof of current vaccinations from licensed veterinarian
Canine DHPP and Rabies 1- or 3-year vaccine, fecal exam, and Bordetella every 6 months
Health and Safety
Senior pets welcome. Pets with special needs may be accommodated. Call to discuss situation and pricing.
Spayed or neutered preferred but not required.
All pets must be flea-free.
Medication, shots or pills can be administered.
